Kolsch 45

5.5% ABV   25 IBUs     Style: (Kolsch)

This light and crisp German style ale is made with 2 Row base malt, and wheat malt, fermented with a traditional German Kolsch Ale yeast lending it a white wine like minerality, and hopped with German noble hops, it is a refreshing "light" beer that quenches the pallet. A German style of ale that developed in the Cologne region prior to the discovery of lager yeast. The outcome is a soft, almost biscuit like light beer. NOT a lager!

Malt: 2 Row , Vienna and Wheat

Hops: Chinook, Perle 

Yeast: German Ale Yeast

Great Scot! Scottish Ale

7.5% ABV    15 IBUs    Style: (Wee Heavy)

A blend of specialty malts is used in this strong scotch ale, creating a sweet and bold malt profile. The malt profile lends a beautiful dark reddish color. This is a bold yet smooth beer.

The brewing tradition goes back 5000 years in Scotland. These beers are typically very sweet and malty with very little hop character. This particular Scottish we brew is known as a “wee-heavy”.

 

Malt: 2 Row, Wheat, Dextrin C-40, C-80, Roast, Black,

Hops: Chinook, Cascade 

Yeast: Chico

 

Tasting Notes:

-Deep brown color with ruby highlights

-Assertive malty nose

-Big mouth feel, sweet but dry

Jonesy's Crosseye Rye IPA

6.8% ABV 

70 IBU

Style: Rye IPA

 

We source rye malt locally from Colorado Malting Co. in Alamosa, CO. to give a bit of spiciness to this well hopped beer. In the autumn, this Rye Pale Ale also features late addition wet hops from Amalia New Mexico.

 

Malt: 2 Row, Rye, C-45, C-10, Munich

Hops:Chinook, Centennial, Willamette

Yeast: Chico

 

Tasting Notes:

-Peppery, spicy rye character

-Bitterness is balanced with BIG malt character

Koenig German Lager

4.9% ABV 

29 IBU

Style:  Bavarian Lager


 

Malt: 2 Row, Dextrin, Vienna

Hops: Northern Brewer, Tettnang, Hersbrucker

Dry hop: N/A

Yeast: Andechs Lager

 

Tasting Notes:

-Smooth, Crisp, and Drinkable

-Earthy, Citrus, Black Tea, Pepper

Kachina Peak

5.5% ABV  38 IBU     Style: (American Pale Ale)/Session

 

Generously hopped with Ekquanot. Kachina Peak Pale Ale is bright and crisp with hints of mango and pine. Nearly a session IPA

 

Malt: 2-row, c-60, dextrine

Hop: Ekquanot, Mosaic

Dry Hop: Citra

Yeast: Chico

 

Tasting Notes:

-Outspoken hoppy nose 

-Balanced malt character with more hop bitterness than other pale ales

Mosaic IPA

6.5% ABV      75 IBU      Style: American India Pale Ale

This American West Coast Style IPA has dank notes of tropical fruits. Mango and pineapple abound. 

Malt: 2-Row, Dextrine, C-60

Hops: Chinook, Mosaic, Cascade

Dry hop: Mosaic

Yeast: Chico

 

Tasting notes: 

-Light amber color, Effervescent tropical nose

Little Brown Beer

3.2% ABV

15 IBU

Style: Mild-Dark

 

This mahogany brown beer has notes of biscuit, chocolate and nuts with a soft bitterness. It's low in alcohol and calories so you can have another without feeling guilty. A true "session beer"! 

Cold IPA

6.8% ABV

49 IBU

Style: Cold India Pale Ale

 

This crisp offering is an IPA with generous amounts of hops being added for bitterness, flavor and aroma. What sets it apart is that it’s brewed with lager yeast, giving it a clean, crisp, easy to drink quality. It is fermented to a very low final gravity and dry-hopped during fermentation.

 

Malt: 2-row, vienna

 

Hop: Equinox, Mosaic

 

Tasting Notes:

-Super Clean and Crisp

-Hoppy,floral, tropical, and earthy

Mesa IPA

7.1% ABV      80 IBU      Style: (American IPA)

2001 called and they want their IPA back. This straight-ahead West Coast IPA harkens back to a simpler time. Bitter and fruity with notes of pine and a malty backbone makes this an easy drinking OG style IPA.

Malt: 2 Row, Vienna, Dextrine, C-60, C- 40

Hops: Chinook, Amarillo, Falconer’s Flight

Dry hops: Amarillo, Citra

Yeast: Chico

Tasting Notes:

-Assertive resinous and citrus hop profile. 

Amarillo Rojo

6.8% ABV    40 IBU   Style: Red India Pale Ale


Lightly toasted malt gives this red ale its ruby color. We think you'll find that the malt body is wonderfully balanced by generous addition of Amarillo hops.

 

Malt: 2 Row, Vienna, C-40, C-60, C-80, Crystal Wheat

Hops: Chinook, Amarillo

Dry hop: Amarillo

Yeast: Chico

-Hoppy Red! Smells like an IPA

-Bitterness is balanced with BIG malt character

Gold Hill Golden Ale

4.5% ABV      30 IBU      Style:  British Golden Ale

 

This sessionable Golden Ale is straw in color and thirst quenching. The addition of Cascade hops lends characteristics of grapefruit, with a floral and pine finish. Great for a warm summer day.

 

Malt: 2 Row, Munich, Vienna

Hops: Ekquanot, Cascade

Yeast: Chico

 

Tasting Notes:

-Smooth, Crisp, and Drinkable

Solstice Pale Ale

4.7%ABV

35 IBU

Style: American Pale Ale

 

This pale ale features the tropical and spicy Equinox hop, with just enough malt character to let those hops shine and low hop bitterness for those pale ale lovers.

 

Malt: 2-row, Vienna, Dextrine, c-45

 

Hop: Chinook, Equinox

 

Dry Hop: Equinox

 

Tasting Notes:

-mellow body and malt character

-fruity, tropical hop character without a ton of hop bitterness
